Florida State University has historical ties to, and the approval the Seminole tribe of Florida, as related to their nickname. They are expected to appeal the ruling on that basis. If FSU sues the NCAA and wins, will South Carolina and Mississippi sue the NCAA to remove a similar championshop ban levelled on them for the controversy over their flags?
